Naif is both  Partner and head of the Litigation Department in the firm. Naif has extensive general court, Board of Grievance and Arbitration Tribunal experience, as well as experience in corporate and commercial litigation including: administrative law, banking and finance litigation, compensation, labor disputes, contract disputes and arbitration. Naif is also experienced in Real Estate transactions and Construction.  Naif’s clients have included many large Saudi companies and prominent business individuals.

Naif’s professional experience has enabled him to accumulate a broad set of areas on which he is able to advise our clients. These include:
