Ibrahim is a partner at Alsabhan & Alajaji Pinsent Masons LLC and heads the advisory practice and concentrates his practice in Project Finance and Construction, with a solid experience in PPP and infrastructure. Ibrahim received his law degree from the University of Amman in Jordan. Later, he was admitted to the Saudi Bar Association; In addition, he is a member of different legal and business groups (such as, Saudi British Business Council, ICC Saudi Arabia, etc.). Also, has been recommended by the Legal 500/2021 and 2022 in Construction and Real Estate.

Ibrahim has advised on a broad range of transactions; having practiced in KSA for 15 years. He has acted for many government ministries, government-owned master developers, infrastructure projects, foreign and locally owned sub-developers, hotel operators/owners, property funds, international investors and assists corporations with their construction and real estate development requirements. Ibrahim advised number of high-profile clients such as:

• Water Sector: Acting as a leading advisor for a bidding consortium in its bid on an ISTP projects in Damam, Jeddah and Shuqaiq being tendered by WEC

• Construction: leading advisor to Roya a CJSC on its 2 Billion SAR shopping mall and hotel project in Riyadh

• Advising the National Center for Privatization “NCP” on numerous legislative matters

• BOT: leading advisor to Dar AlHandasah on a BOT shopping mall project (Dar AlHijra-PIF) in AlMadina AlMonawara

• EPC projects: Advised and represent a Chinese EPC client in relation to their Water plant KSA project

• Advising NCP/ MOMRA and MOL in a number of a PPP transactions

• GACA: acting as the legal advisor in relation to creating the first economical logistic zone in Saudi Arabia including drafting all related laws and licensing requirements

• Real estate: Advising and representing Abdulelah & Ibrahim Abdulaziz AlMosa Co. a major real estate and infrastructure developer

• Acquisition: act as leading advisor for an offshore contracting and construction company to acquisition by a multi national investor

• Advising a real estate investor in relation to a claim regarding covid 19 pandemic dispute of a Makkah hotel project
